Ingredients
Organic spelt flour (by certified Italian supply chain), water, organic mother yeast, organic extra virgin olive oil (4,1%), salt, organic brewer’s yeast. It is treated on its surface with ethyl alcohol from organic wheat.
Notes
It contains gluten, naturally existing in flours, its consumption is forbidden to people with celiac disease (Reg. UE 1169\2011). It may contain soya traces.
